. You must officially ask for a refund and we must have received your return items within 6
months of purchasing your first order of InstantPerformer™ (180 days)
. You must be a new customer of InstantPerformer™
. The guarantee does not apply to reorders
In the Highly Unlikely Event That You Do Require a Complete Refund, We Will Require the Following:
. Your full name, address and order ID number
. All of the empty InstantPerformer™ bottles
. The unopened and sealed bottles of InstantPerformer™ which you have not finished
. Any other bonuses that were sent to you as part of your purchase (used or unused)
. Details of your routine when using InstantPerformer™
Returning The Products To Us
You must send the package back by using a courier service that requires a signature. We can not be held responsible for parcels we have not received/not signed for. We can only refund items which have been returned to us.
All the conditions must be met for you to receive a refund - no exceptions
How Will I Be Refunded
. You will be refunded via the method that you purchased
. You will not be refunded any shipping charges
You may cancel your purchase providing that you return any products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) already delivered to you at your expense by registered post within 7 days of receiving your products - as per distance selling regulations.
